No Wifi. No DSTV . Keys arrangement was too time consuming I had to go by three times. Sofa was Old and dirty. Place was very unkept

Hosting skills lacked and apartment was over Priced for no important essentials

the fact that I booked for 2 days but only given the key the following day , this bad bad, I arrived in durban around 12am with no transport, no knowledge of the place , no safety only to be told that will get the key at 5am mxm!!

The dungeon was filthy, hidden in the worst part of the building and lighting was very poor outside. The interior was also unsatisfactory. The bed had no headboard and bedside lamps . The mattress itself was cumbersome. Stove not working, cutlery was of poor quality. General cleanliness poor and unbearable human stench. Worst still I had to a deposit of R1000 and I get refunded R900 after three weeks, without been given an explanation. Id appreciate if you could investigate, firstly my deposit issue and inspect this property to ensure that it meets minimal standards

It's all stated above, in summation it' was the worst accommodation that booking .com has placed me. I have been to quite a number of places using your app and this one was a disaster.

Firstly we were not from Durban it was our first time but the treatment we got from the host was unexeptable ,I will never book through booking.com ever again.She was so rude over the phone I still waiting for my refundable refund

Only thing i liked was it was easy to find and not far away from the beach.

Had to drive over 10km to fetch the keys. My car was clamped without any warning due to in error parking in wrong parking bay after driving for over 6 hours. Found 2 cockroaches. No instructions given for how to use dstv. Loud banging of doors through the night. Never got to meet the host and host unwilling to be understanding. Had to pay key and parking deposit twice although got refunded 1. No security supervisor on duty to assist in complaint. Security guard on duty had attitude. no provision made for card payments. Host unwilling to have assistant bring key to me even when close to the assistant residence.
