Quality finishes, deteriorated facilities, lights not working, windows not closing properly

Good location, Seaview, open space. And later receptionist he was nice humble, respected, care, kindly. The owner of the flat very sweet, loved, care, ill book ur apartment again.

The receptionist guy hez rude and no time for us

That place is ugly, the walls, floors and linen. It's terrible 😔

The whole apartment needs to be revamped, paint wall, and furniture especially the purple linen.

Only shower

The place is dirty with old dusty crockery TV doesn't have volume Bed linen not clean Bathroom window not opening One tissue There were old bathing soaps No refuse bags u only get one Cockroaches running around

NO contact person at all phone no that was Given were never answered. Have an email which says check in is anytime after 8am but we arrived at 9 n were told by reception that we not allowed to stand at the entrance with luggage we mus go to the park where the hobos sat.  This Made us feel very unsafe n we had to Uber to a safe place at the Casino. Reception was useless no contact details for owner n told us its not their problem if the keys is not in the box. Dangerous filthy flight of stairs to come up with lagguge. NO lock on burgler felt unsafe as The handle of the entrance was broken. NO towels  at all  was given was told via email on day we arrived to get our own which was a great inconvenience. Seems like water was not paid n cut off as we only had drips of water to bath with. Sliding doors do not open as they broken. Kettle rusted u may not even make a cup of tea. We on medication 4 diabetes n this was essential to us. Water is a human right which was not catered for. ROOM doors broken Windows cracked Mirror cracked Toilet will not flush due to no water. Flat in a shamble, chairs torn cupboards broken. Cracked plates plastic cups only. ALL pots were dirty n big seems like it was used to store water. Avoid booking at all costs it's a squatter camp we want a refund as we have pics to prove this injustice at the price we paid was R2800 for 3 nights of horror n hell made us very uncomfortable n heart sore 4 wasting our money on this Squatter camp. While we were at reception the so called manager told us we booked a cheap place. I am really annoyed n demand compensation as I did not get wat I paid 4. The Sheriff of the court was at reception wen we got here. Seems this property has many issues n Sud never be rented out. U booking.com makes this seem like a scam. Will advise family friends n social media of this injustice. Will be taking this matter further.

I had a sea view only

There was no safe parking, the front door at the apartment had to be jimmed with A knife to close from the inside and you had to hold the door frame to close from the outside. There were loose plug point in the bedroom. The remote on the tv didn't work properly. Some windows didn't close properly. The reception and the letting agent did not respond to any queries or engage with us to try and rectify the situation. I had to purchase pad locks to ensure my family's safety

The space was enough for us, Sea view and closer to everything we never needed any transportation to move around, we were just walking Receptionist was kind and polite

The place had unpleasant smell, dirty with old furniture and bedding with a bad small - It's self catering but there's no pots,main door not opening properly and big cockroaches.
