"Ashton apartment central park was a FAKE"

Can I please be refunded? I didn't even check in. the apartment doesn't exist for BNB. The own by the name of Nikeel Pillay couldn't help he just sent me Booking.com( your contact number), and I called your call center for two hours with no help. He doesn't even know where I slept with my family from Thursday until Saturday morning, I had to sort myself out about an alternative place to stay from Thursday until this morning of Saturday. WhatsApp communication I've sent, he didn't even respond to my messages. Jay building manager didn't even want to hear me out and was very rude. I was disappointed by everything . Please can I have MY MONEY IN FULL NOT TO GIVE EVEN A CENT TO THE OWNER. I FEEL HE SHOULD COMPENSATE ME FOR THE INCONVENIENCES HE CAUSED ME AND MY FAMILY. CAN I PLEASE HAVE URGENT RESPONSE TO THIS MATTER.

EVERYTHING FROM FAKE APARTMENT WHICH DOESN'T EXIST FOR BNB. THE OWNER NOT HELPFUL AND THE CENTRAL PARK BUILDING MANAGER.

"Disappointed at the place not being maintained, it has so much potential"

Great location

Property not maintained and sheets and mattress smelled. No wifi for the kids and the tv wasn’t working. No mirrors, old furniture and broken furniture. Great apartment, but bad management.

It's really not about me but overall service sucks , I have been waiting for an invoice till now no luck, spoke to the contact number but no response. Liked that it's value for money essentially for business travel makes sense .

Not professional enough for me , the invoice has still not come after a lot of complaints and communication.

"It was lovely, secure and quiet."

Great location at a heart of uMhlanga Ridge and closer to the Gateway Shopping Theater.

The second room bed is a bit uncomfortable and rooms has not aircon.

How clean it was, smelled clean too the space was amazing .safe and well kept

Pool didn't look clean ,and can they plz add more tissues when ppl are staying more than 2 days and add more plastic bags for trash and leave a bit of washing soap if we need to use it and the security guys could be more kinder to guests and know how things work like where you must leave the key when you check out very early in the morning and be more helpful when you ask questions or forget your key when fetching an order.
