Location was good, so was the view. Security was good.

The unit was once fitted with a aircon. this needs to be refitted. the unit becomes unbearably hot in the afternoon as it's been baked by the sun. There were wires hanging from the roof and certain lights did not work.

Close to the beach,beautiful place. Have a peace of mind, Good place to take your family there.

Access is given to one person, if one person goes out the rest of the people must wait until he comes back and takes them out with that Access key.

Place was very disgusting, Infested with cockroaches, loungesuit broken dirty and old, curtains with dirty stains on it, block out curtains cracking, toilets constantly smelling like urine, table and chairs on balcony has not been cleant in ages, This property should not be advertised as on your website with the status you give it, people should know it's a very poor and bad condition, im going to put it on social media and will put it on Hello Peter aswell, this was not worth the money at all, they should feel ashamed and embarrassed to charge people so much for a filthy place
