GBWe stayed at Foundry Farm Cottage in Billingham for a birthday getaway and had a wonderful time. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely, peaceful setting. The hot tub was a highlight, perfect for relaxing, but it could use a net to help remove the occasional flies. Overall, it was a great place to celebrate, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. We'd happily return for another visit!
Need a net to remove flies from the hot tub, there might have been one that we just missed to be fair.

Beds and chairs are not very comfortable Had a problem getting the key out of box was given the wrong code 😕 tried to phone no answer but someone came and sorted it out for us 😁

AUTerrific location, lovely garden area, nice modern amenities, hot spa, comfy beds.
Some confusion on accessing the key from the lockbox on arrival. No code provided by booking.com, so needed to call the host, as per the instructions. A short delay, but nothing significant. Guests downstairs a little noisy on our last night - the hot spa in each apartment may lead to some late night outdoor discussion!
GBGBGBThe cottage was super clean and had everything we needed. Hot tub was on and waiting and jad outside lights for the dark nights. It's also right next to a gorgeous waterfall walk and a micro brewery. There's a co-op within walking distance and a few cute shops, really good location and comfy stay.
GBBooked a 2 night stay at the cottage and loved every minute! The place was clean, stylish, cosy and had everything we needed, the owner had even provided a pint of milk which was a lovely touch! Nice spacious garden with a lovely relaxing hot tub, excellent location too. Would highly recommend it and will be looking to book again.

GBExceptionally clean and modern. Everything you need for a short stay was available (plenty of utensils, grocery etc.) A fantastic outside space with great views. Hot tub always 40degrees. Location for the waterfall walk was incredible. So close to the village amenities. Lots of wild life around which was fantastic-we didn’t even mind the cockerels waking us up. An added extra was the brewery near by that served food from a stand on the Sat night and also did live music that night too. No complaints!
There is nothing that did not hit the mark with this property.
