Loved everything but if I have to mention something the double bed mattress was extremely hard and very uncomfortable.
GBGreat stay, had a lovely 2 nights away. Apartment itself is lovely, everything you could ask for and even more, took our two dogs with us and enjoyed the walk. Fabulous waterfall nearby. Just a little suggestion, it might be an idea to connect a hose pipe to the water outside so that we could hose the dogs down after a walk as they came back muddy.
Unable to access WiFi as the one in the folder wasn't available so ended up tethering mobile phone instead. Hot tub slightly too hot for our liking, temperature was locked so unable to tweak it slightly.
GBGBBeautiful little cottage with lovely interiors, garden facilities were great with the hot tub and fire pit to enjoy. Great place for walks and peaceful time away! There was a fully equipped kitchen with everything you needed for cooking. The local Indian was unbelievable! Overall, a gorgeous time away!
The beds were really uncomfortable, we visited for 4 nights and spent each night sleeping on the sofa due to the bed being so uncomfortable. It was unbearable to sleep. It also stated there was a coffee machine at the cottage but there wasn’t.
GBVery well equipped and supplies everything you could have needed and more was supplied and included, tea coffee milk toiletries towels, beautifully furnished and interior to a high standard felt very homely. Good communication from owner my messages were always answered promptly. Our garden and hot tub were private well laid out and well equipped we used the hot tub on both evenings of the weekend but not the bbq or fire pit but they were there if we wanted too.
I was expecting a cottage not a first floor apartment. I was expecting county rural. Not light industry with brewery and garage being the view from windows at the front and other apartments gardens from the back. On two nights an alarm we think at the brewery was going off in the early hours breaking our sleep. And it was quite noisy and busy with people and children visiting the marquee pub, kids scooters left in the middle of the drive up to the cottage etc. There was a cracked and broken window in double en-suite bedroom. There was quite a bit of noise Saturday from the other cottage’s as you were really on top of each other and under us on Sunday night they were in their hot tub late which was under my sons bedroom window and the noise just carried up. The other cottage s had no privacy in their outside space I felt very uncomfortable looking out of our kitchen window down into their faces literally making uncomfortable eye contact so having to try and look straight ahead when at the sink and making dinner.
