The host was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, away from the busy old town but still walkable to the action.

The moment I arrived I was happy, the staff and owner were so nice and my room was very clean and comfortable. I had all the facilities I needed and when and if I needed anything the owner was quick to help.

We were booked two rooms. Actually in every rooms there was one double bed, one single and bathroom and share kitchen for the boths rooms. We was 3 peopel and there was too much space in the apartment. The place is 10 minute walking from the old town and in the quiet small street that was very good for us. The hostess also organize for us additional facilities like transport, trips to near tourist attractions and to the airport also in a good prices. Just ask her if you need something.

Our apartment was a fully self contained unit equipped with 2 fridges and a kitchen with all the utensils you would require to cook anything (see photos and videos). The bedroom was very spacious with a very nice bathroom..... everything exactly the same as the pictures published on booking.com. I really enjoyed the 2 balconies ( 1 for the early mornings and the other for those balmy evenings in Hoi An). A nice touch was the water fountain (cooler) in the kitchen. The staff was friendly and efficient keeping everything spotless even our laundry. The owner who owns a tailor shop called RED APPLE nearby can also provide all your tailoring needs.
