We loved it here! If you want to be near Hoi An old town this is the perfect place, just a very short bike ride or a slightly longer walk along the riverside, but far enough from the centre that it’s a quiet and relaxing place to be. Our room was spacious and clean, really nicely put together with everything we needed and a good comfortable bed, and we loved having the kitchen area to use too. The owner, Nhi, is a wonderful person, she speaks really good English and looked after us so well. Go and visit her tailor shop too, you won’t be disappointed!

The place was super super clean and new. It was really easy to walk into the ancient town by the tailors and the river. The owner also has great English and is very helpful!

Easily our best accommodations in Asia in 6 weeks and great value to boot. Fantastic neighbourhood and value in spacious new accommodations. We originally booked for a week and extended our stay by another week. Prime location on a little alley off the main street with little street noise. This being Vietnam, you cannot get away from the roosters and dogs even in the city, but so nice to be away from the hustle bustle of the city. The Riverwalk with its plethora of restaurants is just across the way and only a short 10min stroll to Central Market and Taylor's Corner, the host's other business where you can refresh your entire wardrobe. Just a 3 min walk to Phan Gia Restaurant and U Cafe which became our favorite local restaurant and Cafe, and which we frequented multiple times during our stay. Simply a great find.

Internet is slow so cannot stream; had to Hotspot off my phone. No cushions on chairs and no where to lounge, but the beds are quite comfortable.

I was so happy with this spacious and luxury apartment before the incident happened even though dirty sheets.

We had to leave early, 7 am checkout, so we asked if breakfast is possible. Since my father has diabetes mellitus and he eats his medicine everyday, it was very important for my family. The Ireland guy promised us breakfast in the 6 am prior day, Vietnam girl said NO breakfast in the morning "too early" was her answer. I used translation app to tall with her. She was kind and asked 5 dollars more to make breakfast for my father. My father took his medicine 6am and she agreed to make breakfast at 6:30 AM and I was so afraid that he might be fall in low sugar Stat. I was very satisfied until that incident. Everyone was kind but I don't think communicating between the apartment members are good. The place is nearby Memprial show and walk-able to Hoi An old town, around 800m. Although it is in the small corner so cars cannot go to the doorstep.

Room is clean n comfortable. Each room has its ensuite bath room. Highly recommended for family or big group. just opposite Hoi An memory show. Nearby restaurants n shops. Lady owner was nice n kind. Offered us the best banh mi n best coffee from Hoi An for our breakfast. Highly recommended.

The rooms very clean. I can use the bicycles availability inside hotel reach to town. Staff and host are so nice and friendly.

I really like Green Meadows Apartment. It is so beautifull. Everything here is perfect. They served us breakfast at our rooms and the food was delicous. And each floor in this apartment has private kitchen, so we can us it to cook food for my children. I see this is so convenience for anybody when they travel but you don’t want to eat food outside. I appriciate it! I and my family certainly will come back again if we return Hoi An the next time!
