Comfortable room, good location near river and short ride to town on bicycles. Owner and staff were friendly and helpful. Clean and modern apartment. Kitchen cooking appliances, pots and pans new and clean.

Dog next door scared me - barked every time we walked past, but it mostly stayed inside its yard and didn’t bite when it ventured out into the lane

The apartment is very comfortable, it had everything we needed, and it was spotlessly clean. As for the location, it's not very close to the center, but it's just a walking distance and the walk alongside the river is beautiful!

The rooms are comfortable and nicely located.

The staff was not responsive and borderline rude. I texted them asking about laundry, they never got back to me. We called the owner asking for hell to get the TV control to work. She sounded annoyed and said she would send her son over to help, the help never came. We stayed for 4 nights and when they saw us on the last night, no mention of our text nor help request. Very disappointing service for Vietnamese standards.

The owner and staff were friendly and responded to requests quickly and completely. Big and clean rooms, kitchen facilities, and even a washing machine.. This is a quiet accommodation slightly outside the old town.

Great place, we liked it so much, we booked a month here. The owner Nhi is very helpful and friendly, and the apartment is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well appointed with lots of good pots and pans and utensils, and lovely decor. The rooms are very clean, and air conditioned. The apartments are close to the river and close to Old Town Hoi An. This is a great place, we highly recommend it!

Within walking distance to ATM, MiniMart, many local eateries and street food vendors. Very friendly and helpful owner Nhi. She can arrange anything for you. Laundry also done for you on the property. This property is excellent for both long or short term stay. We stayed for a long time and found the kitchen to be a perfect amenity.

We absolutely loved our stay at Green Meadows Apartment. Nhi and her family are the perfect hosts and make you feel very cared for. Anytime we needed anything, Nhi and her family quickly accommodated us. The apartment is big and clean with a lovely balcony. The shared kitchen has everything, and we were provided with lots of drinking water and amenities. The location is nice and quiet, 10 minute walk to Old Town and right near the river for lots of nice restaurants. We were able to rent a scooter, and bicycles are available too. Nhi always gave us lots of Hoi An recommendations and tips, and brought us a lovely breakfast. Make sure you also visit Nhi’s tailoring business, Red Apple, for beautifully made clothing. Loved it here, highly recommend to feel at home in Hoi An.

The place is quite quiet. Room and bed are clean. Room is big enough for 2 people and a child.

The toilet smelled not good, need to improve.

Value for money. Helpful staff/family.
