FLH Downtown Fantastic Flat

The apartment is really close to everything. The location is really a good bonus. Also, the apartment itself is good, with space and a good kitchen. They don't give you coffee, salt, sugar or the necessary of it but it has an oven, dishwasher and thinks to cook.

We arrived at 2 am and were confused about the place to pick up the keys. Also, they are two different points, so we needed to make our uber wait.

Sofa bed mattress needs replacement. It sinks in the middle when 2 people sleep. Need a soap dish holder in shower

Excellent location, clean house. Good service, lock handle broke at midnight and they send the repairman straight away as bathroom door was stuck.

Key pickup was 1.5 Km away from property which was very inconvenient. No basic things like toilet tissues, salt, pepper, cleaning liquid etc were provided. I have lived in the apartments before and these are basic stuff which are always provided. Tissue paper and cleaning liquid was provided for only 1 day while our stay was for 6 days. One of the bed sheet in wardrobe still had sand meaning it was not washed after the last guests left
