FLH Downtown Fantastic Flat

The location is very good, near the portside, many restaurants around, tourist attractions nearby, in walkable distance. Easy access to tram and metro. The police station is just opposite the building, always with police outside, feel safe. The apartment is modern and comfortable, with lift access and air conditioning, which is very important in Lisbon summer. The facilities in kitchen is enough and quite new.

The drainage in the shower room is terrible, too swallow and water goes away very slowly, easy flooding out. Maybe there are many restaurants nearby, I saw a small to medium size cockroach in the toilet. Tell the staff, they send me the insecticide next day. Don't open the windows is better. I think cockroach is the problem in Lisbon with too many restaurants /food stalls packed together for the tourists, actually I saw several big cockroaches on the street. Not the problem of the apartment. A bit sound at night and morning cause there're trams running at the corner, just close the windows. I think it's inevitable in Lisbon with so many traffic

Everything. Property felt spacious, it was clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Location was spectacular. It was a 10/10.

Excellent accommodation to spend some days in Lisbon. The position is unique, few meters from the Praca do Comercio, in the centre of the town. The apartment is new, clean and silent.

For the price, we didn’t think it was good value. The beds and bedding were poor At this price, there should be a place in the shower, other than the floor, to put soap, shampoo, etc The soap provided was low quality and the packets needed to be opened with your teeth. A coffee machine was provided but no coffee filters. Buying this is an unnecessary extra expense that we would leave behind.
