FLH Downtown Fantastic Flat

Apartament is simply perfect. White, spacious, well decorated, everything new, all equipped and clean! Location could not be better, just at the corner of rua Augusta, em few steps from the Arco and the Main Square. You can also walk 10 min to Chiado or the São Jorge Castle. Getting the keys on another location is totally worth it.

Detergent for doing the dishes could be more. The recipient is too small and I had to be very economical out it. Just a minor thing.

Location, quality of the furnishings, building. There was construction next door. Couldn’t tell, closed shutters. There was a heat spell when there. The ac fantastic. There are two ac only ever needed the one in living room on low. All the windows opened and shutters closed for night time. Always tons of hot water. Whenever had questions received immediate response. The location is unbelievable. Restaurants everywhere, pedestrian mall and Chiado around the corner. Close to water. 12 and 28 trams nearby. Had an issue with elevator, it was addressed right away. There was only 3 of us, only 1 on the sofa bed, it was good for them. There is a pingo doce just up the hill for groceries, have everything and good prices. Also, we had a leaky shower until we discovered how the shower door works and seals. It only opens into the shower.

The location is good. It is close to many tourist attraction sights.

The pillows and sofa bed are too soft.

The location was really good - right in the centre of Lisbon. Apartment was spacious and had good facilities

The window in the bedroom could not be opened which meant it was a very warm room.

Location was great. Nice to have the washing machine, and dishwasher. Good set of dishes, cups and glasses. Good size apartment for the price.

Floors were not very clean, beds not particularly comfortable. They re-cleaned the floors and they were better in some spots, and worse in others.

Good Wi-Fi connection. Good location. The apartment is big, and has all the necessary amenities. Safe area.

Excelent apartment with all you need to have to a lovely experience in Baixa Chiado, Lisboa. Big rooms, with complete kitchen and bathroom elements, In a modern recycled aptmt. We really enjoyed. Thanks
