the apartment is clean and well located. the wifi network wasn't working when I checked in. I informed through Booking's messages, the team worked on it immediately

if you are looking for a hotel experience, you'll be disappointed. the basic amenities are not there (coffee, tea, shampoo, capsules, coffee filter, etc) .. if you're just looking for an apartment it will be ok.

This apartment is in a prime location right next to Rossio Station, making it perfect for exploring Lisbon. Sightseeing, restaurants, cafés, and shopping are all within a short walk, making it extremely convenient for visitors. The self-check-in process was smooth, and communication was easy, though assistance is remote, so don’t expect in-person support for any issues. The apartment itself is spacious for European standards, with modern decor and a lovely balcony accessible from both the bedroom and living room. The 1.5 bathrooms add convenience, with the main bathroom featuring a rain shower and double sinks. The kitchen is well-equipped with a microwave, stove, fridge, dishwasher, and a clothes washer, though drying is done on heater rods in the bathroom. While the apartment had minor wear and tear and lacked toiletries like shampoo and body soap, it was overall very comfortable. A great choice for an independent stay in Lisbon—would definitely return!

In the city centre, easy access to most view points, lots of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby.

A little noise at night as it is located at the city transportation center, while the room is facing the Main Street

The appointment was very clean, well equipped, coffee machine and capsules, washing machine, very uncomfortable bed.The location was excellent.

Very clean apartment, good facilities and right at the centre of Lisbon.

The management company. Great with the emails and requests for personal details before arrival. Not good after you arrived when you needed help, in fact never returned the two calls. Air con needed explaining, no light in the toilet. Minor things but it’s all very well getting it right in the marketing but being decidedly unhelpful at the coalface.
