Beautiful bright apartment. Very clean. Had everything we needed and was spacious for the 3 of us. Very modern. Location excellent next to metro and train station and in walking distance of most areas.

Location was perfect. Parking was easy.

air conditioning did not work. It looked a bit worn down and not thoroughly cleaned. For example- carpets noticeably dirty, toilet flusher was broken off.

The host took too long to respond. We asked for two replacement pillows and a sheet shortly after we arrived on day 1, and they were delivered on day 3. It was extremely hot in Lisbon and we didn’t have air conditioning for the first two days. Host emailed electronic manual for AC, but attachment wouldn’t open. Someone in the building sent us a video describing how to get AC to work and it was not the host. It was very frustrating. Finally, the area rugs and sofa need cleaning. Hair was found in the both bathrooms and kitchen. Shower needs good cleaning.

Perfect place to stay in Lisbon. 10 stars for cleanliness, location, and apartment equipments. Highly recommended.

No working wifi despite being in description. Wash basins blocking and not emptying. Air conditioning almost impossible to control. Lack of communications from owner, either as written instructions or by email.

Excellent location

Shower was dirty behind the shower door. Basins had stained sealant. Plugs were missing. Flush button of the toilet was missing it's silver cover
