Alfama Shabby Chic Flat

location. En la zuna hay cafes. Muchos curiosidades estan cerca.

El apartamento está muy sucio, resulta incómodo caminar descalzo. En el baño hay un fuerte olor a orina que proviene del inodoro. El sofá en el salón tiene manchas y huele mal. La ducha está en mal estado: la ducha superior no funciona y hay fugas de agua al intentar usarla. Además, es un bajo (planta baja a nivel de calle), la gente puede ver fácilmente dentro, lo que reduce mucho la privacidad. Квартира в очень грязном состоянии — ходить без обуви неприятно. В туалете из унитаза ощущается сильный запах мочи. Диван в гостиной с пятнами и неприятным запахом. Душ неисправен: верхний душ не работает, при попытке включения начинаются протечки. Квартира находится на нулевом этаже (бахо), окна на уровне улицы — прохожие заглядывают внутрь, нет ощущения приватности.

The apartment was perfect. We were 2 adults and 2 kids, 4 & 12. It was in the heart of Alfama. Close to the Santa Apolónia Metro and train station. My kids and I loved getting lost in the streets of Alfama. Close to the Pantheon and St. Vincent’s. We happen to be there during the Feira da Ladra and that was super close too. We walked to Castelo de Sao Jorge all the way to the yellow square. Hostess was AWESOME and available via What’s app. I cannot recommend this place enough!

It was complicated to get an Uber or Bolt to pick us up to go to the airport. We had to take our suitcases up to a corner that they were able to get to but we also had 4 BIG suitcases plus 4 carryons plus 4 personal bags. But it was doable.

Location, affordability, all the facilities working well. I didn't meet with the representative, Sofia, but spoke with her and she was very helpful and welcoming. Was on a business trip, so had the apartment to myself. I highly recommend staying here, just wish I could have stayed longer!

Les photos du site ne correspondent pas vraiment à l'état actuel de l'appartement, téléviseur qui ne fonctionne pas, machine à laver qui quel soit le cycle choisi bout le linge, manque de clarté par absence de fenêtres, toilettes qui sentent l'urine etc... mais le pire est l''absence des propriétaires qui communiquent par messagerie et ne se déplacent pas ...on aura compris que le confort du touriste n'est pas leur préoccupation, dommage car ça laisse un goût amer sur des vacances qui auraient dûes être merveilleuses
