Very well equipped and clean. Beds comfy and great to have three beds and three bathrooms. Very central - would recommend.

As with others - 60 steps up - but worked off the food!

Nice large apartment and very nicely appointed bathrooms and kitchen. Pedro was a wonderful host and very responsive and accommodating! The location to all of wonderful Lisbon was perfect!

The fact that it was a 4 storey walk up, that was very difficult! Also the mannequin in the living room was very disturbing..it felt as if there was an intruder watching.

The location is fantastic and Pedro was very responsive when we needed it (evaluating a possible early check-in and bringing a few toilet rolls went out after 2 days). Every room has great AC. There are detailed maps in the living room The decor of the place is a modern Old town, reusing construction wood from the building. The pictures of Lisbon and the design of the modern kitchen and storage cabinets with the stone-framed kitchen area, door, and window frames were so beautiful. The architecture of the place was kept and highlighted from the retiling of the stairs to the stone features around the apartments.

There were only 4 things we didn't like, and they all seem to be fixable: 1) Smell: We were not successful at eliminating the strong sewage smell that came from the sinks. It was not the owner's fault. It seems to be structural to the building and typical in that part of town. However, we stayed in many other center areas with similar circumstances and were able to manage it by flushing the toilets and opening the windows. In that case, the smell was coming from inside the building and not from outside. 2) Safety: The first step into the building foyer is hard to see and my mom and mother-in-law tripped there 2x. A simple colored tape would have prevented it, The sensor lights have a delay. I would recommend stating clearly there are 60 steps to get to the apartment and that parking is paid separately and far from the building. 3) Cleanliness: There was a dead roach on the foyer for 3 days, and no one removed it. There were stains in the bed comforter and pillows. The owner was responsive and said he would improve it in the future. 4) Style: the plastic green foliage in the living and dining rooms is fine, but the old and dusty fake flowers in the bathroom and bedrooms don't go with the other beautiful pictures and maps around the house.

Location was close to everything Lisboa has to offer. The accommodations were very clean, and lots of space for the 4 of us to spread out. Kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine was top notch. Pedro was very quick to reply to any questions we had

No dislikes from us at all. It met our needs perfectly. We knew it was on the 3rd floor and the only tough climb was the initial one with our luggage.

It was a big deal for us, but the three flights of stairs may be a deterrent to some travelers

Felt like home. Well equipped with pans, cups, rack for drying clothes. Helped that there were ample power points and 3 toilet facilities.

Quick responses from the owner. Very convenient location. Bathroom with bathtub and other facilities. Spacious kitcen.

The huge naked mannequin might not be to everybody's taste. The dishwasher had a minor problem.

The central location was excellent. Pedro's updates and recommendations were always great. Everything we needed as a group of friends visiting Lovely Lisbon.
