We were on the third floor so had to climb 4 flights of stairs with luggage

A Lisbon wide issue, but the stairs weren’t great for one of the members of our group - a railing would help future guests with this!

Huge flat, interestingly decorated with lots of quirky touches, lots of guide books and tips made available. Huge living room with large dining area, fab location and nice and quiet. Pedro let us have early check in & we were able to leave our bags in a secure area all day. Super helpful. Highly recommend this flat.

Great location with easy access to many of the sites in Lisbon. Clean and spacious and fully equipped kitchen. Good communication with Pedro and easy check in and check out.

Beds a little firm and would be nice to have a topper and could have used a couple more towels and shampoo. On 3rd flight of a walk up which was not an issue for us but could be for people with decreased mobility

Perfect location, very clean, spacious. Great with aircon in all the bedrooms and living room. Two bathrooms and one extra toilet - perfect when you travel with your girlfriends 😁 The apt was rather quiet despite the tram line right outside - windows were duly isolated. Easy check-in and Pedro is the best host, very helpful and answered really fast on WhatsApp when we needed assistance. 6 stars of 5 to him!

Beds were quite hard - really the only thing that wasn’t top notch. Note: our large apt was on 3rd floor with stairs only; we didn’t mind but this apt is not suitable if you are disabled.

The location was perfect. The apartment was very comfortable, and had everything we needed.

The location, the stylish apartment, cool and lovely decor decent size rooms and apartment. Cleaning and linen change mid way of our stay. Communication and checking in was easy. Complimentary wine. Shutters on windows are a bonus.

The sewer smells in two bathrooms, and exhaust fan not working in 3rd bathroom. 3 floors of stairs to reach apartment, it was mentioned but hard work nevertheless.

The position of the apartment was great. So easy to get into the centre. The apartment itself was spacious and airy. Great air-con system which was useful and efficient. Well equipped and very clean. Contact with the manager was so easy when we had a question. He was very quick to respond and assist. Comfy beds and sofas after a long day sightseeing

When we booked we didn't realise our 3 bed apartment was on the 3rd floor. Two of our party found this a challenge. The noise from the street below was disturbing us at first. You could shut the windows and have the air-con running if it was an issue.

Beautiful apartment with a fully equipped kitchen a large living, dining area, three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and an extra toilet near the entrance. Great location right in the center with close proximity to the Commerce Square, Santa Justa Elevator, restaurants, shops, sights, the waterfront and grocery stores.Public transportation such as tram, buses and Metro stations were also within walking distance. Pedro was also helpful to provide practical information and very kind to arrange our transportation to the airport.

There are many stairs (85 stairs in total) up to the apartment although they are wide and well lit and gave us our daily workout but probably not so great for travellers with lots of luggage or elderly people with difficulty walking up the stairs.
