Fanqueiros 204 - Old Town

This apartment is so close to everything. On a quiet street though. The apartment is huge and would fit 6 people comfortably. Pedro was in contact with everything we needed. The amenities were good, having a small coffee and tea was perfect.

It was fine for us, this apartment is on level 3 so 6 flights of stairs. Just something to keep in mind

A lovely, quirky, spacious apartment, with everything you could possibly need, comfortable, clean, very nice, helpful owner who was happy to answer any questions and sent us information of the best places to visit, entry was very easy with a key safe and the apartment was easy to find, it was in an amazing part of town with most things within walking distance, I would highly recommend this place, and would definitely stay again.

Excellent location, many restaurants and bars, shops closed by. Spacious and comfortable, good value too. Will return.

Mirrors in the 2 smaller double bedrooms would be useful ,however there are good mirrors in main bathroom and master suite bedroom has a big mirror. .

Keys were in a key safe. Clear instructions provided. Apartment is spacious. Location is excellent. Kitchen has all items required to self cater.

Trams run down the street and are a shade noisy. This is the price you pay for being so very close to the center of town.

An absolutely beautiful apartment. One of the nicest we've stayed in. Spotless, well set up, comfortable. There were 3 of us but you could happily fit six. Excellent communication and good recommendations. Perfect. Thank you.

Spacious, multiple rooms and toilets. Nice sitting area with sofas and dining table. Nice decor. Some drinks provided. Great location getting around the city. Air conditioning was working great. Host was responsive. Kitchen had amenities although we didn’t use them.

There were stains on some of the bed linen / pillows. There was also a stench coming from one of the bathrooms on the day we arrived and we had to attend to that and air out the apartment to resolve (most of) the issue. There was a general dustiness around the apartment and this feeling of lack of cleanliness stopped me from using the kitchen utensils or equipment, or any other facilities (coffee) etc. it’s the most important thing about any place to stay. There was a mannequin in the living room which startled us upon entry (not a big point but something to consider). In bathrooms there was only one set of towels that we could see and a spare hand towel but not bath towel (after discussing with the owner). For 4 nights I would have thought there would be multiple towels of each kind. Also there was no obvious place to hang up any wet bath towels if they are to be reused for multiple nights, which I found frustrating. The rail for the hand towels is not big enough, and generally there are not enough places to hang clothes / towels inside the bathroom or anywhere else in the apartment. The shower I used didn’t have proper sealed doors so water always leaked and wet the bathroom floor. Not sure why there is such a big gap between the shower doors but there shouldn’t be.

Perfect location for exploring Lisbon. Spacious and attractive apartment. The very helpful host who went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable.

The noise from trams and other traffic could be a problem for some people in the early hours. We didn't feel unduly affected by it.

Lovely apartment. Every facility. Great location. Would recommend.

No bath slip mat that we could see. One of our party did struggle a bit.
