Terrible house, full of humidity and mould, location is not safe with a lot of weird people passing by. The above floor was also rented, and the noise of walking, talk, kitchen etc....it is like a permanent echo. People, when walking on above floor the ceiling vibrates and so the entrance door. The bed blanket was dirty and stained.

The close location to the Belém railway station was good.

For such relatively high pricing the place needs better maintainance and renovation, but as Lisbon seems currently hype for the world, apartment owners do not need to care. Visting Lisbon and whole Portugal for more than 40 year, it shows how tourism and expats can spoil places. But just the locals for their opinión about these changes. So overall the apartment is surely still one of the good choices Unser current circumstances.

Limpeza e o desbaste

L'arredamento era di buon gusto. Ottima posizione e possibilità di parcheggio gratuito vicino a casa.

Sia la camera da letto sia il soggiorno presentavano grosse tracce di umidità (probabilmente dovute alla mancanza di aereazione nel bagno) a cui si aggiungeva il costante accumulo di insetti su tali macchie che non rendeva piacevole l'idea di dormire nella camera da letto. L'appartamento non era inoltre ben pulito e non c'era nemmeno possibilità di aprire una delle due finestre dell'ingresso (richiesta segnalata dai proprietari con apposito cartello). Abbiamo visto anche una blatta in cucina, ma purtroppo ci pare di aver capito che é un problema ricorrente in molti appartamenti di Lisbona.
