Belém 27, terrace apartment

Location is perfect. Close to public transportation, Belém area reachable by foot, quiet (big, big plus) Size of the apartment is perfect for 2 people for a week stay in Lisbon. Kitchen fully equipped and washing machine really helps (another big plus)

The apartment was not spotless clean, but not in bad shape though. For a big city like Lisbon, and the location, don’t be surprised if you see a bug 😬 If you stay at the ground floor apartment, expect to hear the neighbors above (manageable though)

A great location in Belem, close to the water and the conference venue. The hosts were very supportive and allowed me early entry and late departure, which really helped with my work commitments

The location can be a bit noisy during the day opposite the school playground, and the floor is thin from the floor above, so I heard their arrival late at night. The outside sitting area was overgrown with weeds and not very attractive which was a shame

Fantastic place. Great location. Close to Belém. About 20 min by bus/tram to city centre. Very easy communication by public transport. Nearby cafes for affordable and tasty breakfasts, restaurants, grocery shop, bus/tram stop. Flat is beautifully designed, cosy, safe and in a peaceful location. Full functional kitchen, even including espresso machine (!), iron, washing machine and laundry airer. Bathroom and second separate toilette. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Amazing stay in Lisbon!

The only thing that perhaps could be added would be more coffee capsules and sugar :)

Very good matress, slept like a baby. Very nice furniture.

A bit noisy, steps from upper level (but that is an old house), Sometimes bad smell from the street came in.
