Cleanliness Bed

The location of the apartment is perfect, within walking distance from most of the main attractions, just near a viewpoint (miraduoro) with a beautiful view over the city (especially at sunset). Also there are many supermarkets, souvenir shops and great restaurants, very good coffee shops and breakfast places within less than 10 mins walk. We barely had to use public transportation. The staff is very friendly, David is so helpful, he even came to help us when there was a power cut at 10 pm. (Better to call than text on Booking, he answers immediately any calls). Also his mother, Paula was very nice and helped us with free storage room for our luggage on the last day, after the checkout, before our flight. The apartment has everything you may need, from hairdryer to kettle and even an electric heater, as there is no central heating. The bathroom, towels and the bedsheets were clean. Bonus: The view over the city from the apartment window is very nice and one of tram 28 stops is just 3 mins away.

Keep in mind that most of the buildings located in the old town do not have central heating, so the place is a bit cold, so bring warm pyjamas. The good thing is that there is an electric heater. It saved us! The apartment could have used a little bit more attention to cleaning. There was some dust and even mold in some places.

the stairs inside the property to get to the top floor were exceptionally steep and we struggled with a large suitcase. I would actually say the stairs would be dangerous if entering the property after a few drinks

The location, top floor with nice views of the city, comfortable bed, excellent WiFi, nice fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine, very quiet.

It's an old building like most around: The stairs are high, steep and narrow. Not suitable for people with large suitcases or weak legs. No soundproofing, so you may hear the neighbors.

The top floor flat is clean, comfy, well furnished and has everything, even a washing machine,, you need for a short holiday. Great view of city from the window. There was a small bottle of nice port in for us! The owner was very friendly and helpful and kindly let us to keep our small suitcase in a nearby property after checking out before our flight. Three minutes walk away from bus and tram 28 stop and 15 minutes walk away from train station and ferry port. A great little place.

David was very friendly and extremely helpful. He carried our bags up and down the stairs for us to the apartment. The apartment had an amazing view, an extremely comfortable bed and clean facilities. The apartment is very centrally located and is close to public transport whilst still being in a quiet neighbourhood. We will definitely be coming back for our next trip to Lisbon.

Very roomy, cozy room. Cean bathroom. Good location from where we could walk to the city centre and to bars rat night. Friendly owner who lives nearby and is always available when you need help.

We stayed there for 4 days and the rubbish bins were never emptied, that s why it started to smell a bit during the last 2 days. Very narrow stairs to get to the apartment, so be careful with the suitcase.
