Good location between Santa Catarina and Bica, close (but a steep walk) to Bairro Alto and Chiado. Nice little street, awaiting gentrification.

Not the property's fault, but the location is a pig to arrive at by private car, as much of the area is sealed off by bollards which open only for taxis and Uber. I may have missed it on the property description (booked in some haste) but the property is at the top of VERY steep and narrow stairs. Still, a nice little apartment with good views north into Misericordia, although my wife complained that the mattress was not comfortable (ditto my daughter with the sofa bed). Me, I snored all night :)

- the door lock was almost defect hence very hard to open
