O Apartamento é super espaçoso e muito confortável. Além de ser super fresco no verão por ser R/c . Estava tudo limpo e boa localização. As fotos é do final da minha estadia

Não tem isolamento acústico. Muito barulho da rua. E o lixo demorou para ser removido e com o calor o odor estava forte .
