테라스의 바다 뷰. 공간이 굉장히 넓다. 화장실 내에서 변기, 샤워실이 분리되어 있다.

1. 길거리에서 자게 될 수도 있다. 무슨 말이냐면, 열쇠가 랜덤으로 작동해요. 일행 4명이 전부 시도해보았는데 문이 절대 열리지 않아서 전화를 해보니 "당기면서 해봐라." 무슨 짓을 해도 안 돌아가서 이건 틀린 열쇠다 싶은데 아주 미세하게 조절을 하면 어쩌다가 열립니다. 매번 이랬고, 어느 저녁에는 10분 넘게 고생을 해도 안 열려서 전화를 했는데 문제되는 내용을 영상으로 보내라더라구요. 보냈는데 읽지를 않길래 다시 전화를 했는데 영업 시간이 종료돼서 응답할 수가 없다는 기계음이 흘러나올 때 진짜... 노숙하는구나 생각했습니다. 노숙할 수는 없어서 간절히 돌려보니까 겨우 열려서 노숙을 면했어요. (이후에 왓츠앱 메시지는 받았음. 근데 그것도 문을 당겨보라는 말 ㅋㅋㅋ) 그러니까 문이 열리지 않아도 숙소에서는 아무것도 도와주지 않는다. 즉 저녁 9시쯤 문이 안 열리면 그냥 노숙하게 될 수도 있다. 우스겟소리가 아니라 정말 높은 확률로 노숙하게 될 수도 있습니다. 2. 열쇠 받으러 숙소에서 도보 19분 떨어진 곳으로 열쇠를 받으러 가야 함. 길도 가팔라서 일행이 있으면 그 사람은 열쇠를 받으러 가고 나머지 사람들이 따로 짐을 옮겨서... 암튼 개귀찮은 고생을 해야함. 3. 와이파이 안 됨. 기계 나름 잘 만지는 사람이 무슨 짓을 해도 안 되니 그냥 포기하고 쓰지 마세요. 4. 샤워기 고정 안 됨. 이것도 미세하게 수압 조절하면 어쩌다가 세워집니다... 그리고 화장실 넓지만 샤워할 수 있는 공간은 정말 좁아요! 물도 안 내려가서 그냥 세수 좀 했다 싶으면 발이 3cm 정도 잠깁니다. 물이 샤워 부스를 넘쳐 흐르기 전에 샤워를 마쳐야 해요! 5. 1번에서 느꼈겠지만 정말 10개국 이상 여행하면서 갔던 모든 숙소 중에서 응대가 가장 별로에요. 늦고, 예의 없고, '안 되는데 어쩌라고' 이런 식의 응답입니다. 안 되는 게 이렇게 많은데 sorry를 한 번은 들었나? 아무리 유럽이어도 3주 간 처음으로 비꼬는 메시지도 받아봤습니다. 이거 안 되는 거니? 물어보고 ok... 했을 뿐인데. 6. 계단 정말 많고 힘듦... 5층 정도 되는 건물 꼭대기 층임. 허허실실인 사람들조차 네가 후기를 안 남기면 내가 직접 남기겠다며 일행 모두를 빠짐없이 분노하게 만든 어메이징한 숙소예요. 정말 다른 한국인들은 이런 경험을 하지 않았으면 하는 마음에서 시간을 들여 후기를 남깁니다... 제 후기를 보신 걸 행운이라고 생각하시고, 좋은 여행 하시길 바라요!

Excellent location, great views, spacious and relatively quiet for Lisbon.

Rainfall leaking from cooker ventilation. Key at street entrance was difficult to use and took some time & wiggling to get the door open. Wi-fi wasn't working (we did try and restart it).

Angled roof not good for taller people Step ups to kitchen - trip hazard It is on the 4th floor. About 6 sets of stairs. Last set of stairs extremely narrow and steep. Very difficult with luggage and also after a long day out exploring. Cannot go up and down multiple times a day way too much. Have to pick up the key on the other side of town. Very inconvenient. The key to the main door is very difficult to use and does not open easily. Difficult to contact operators - no what’s app contact details provided and slower response to emails when issue encountered (we were unable to unlock the door on arrival)

The location of the apartment is excellent, a stunning view from the living room window and an excellent sun terrace. The kitchen well equipped.

The process of receiving the key to the apartment is problematic. We would expect an apartment at the price we paid to have a representative waiting by the apartment to hand over the key and not walking and looking for the service more than 20 minutes from the place. There was no parking place near by to leave the luggage (12 mins walking to nearest parking place).. The compressor of one of the air conditioners in the western bedroom is noisy and shaking and does not allow for a good sleep in the eastern bedroom while it's working (and it's not working properly). The apartment is located on the top floor, attic, without an elevator, climbing with suitcases is difficult.
