The balcony and the terrace

To get the keys from another spot and travel to the apartment. We had to pay extra money for another set of keys 30 euro. No coffee or water as welcome. For the money we should have at least warm welcome!

Apartment was great, so big and had everything we needed! The view from the balcony is unbelievable, worth every penny just for that alone. Yes there is steps to get to the apartment but it’s an old building in the middle of Lisbon so this was expected and no issue for us. Location is perfect, close to everything and we heard no noise of an evening at all. We had a slight issue with our key but it was sorted so quickly we couldn’t have asked for better. Would highly recommend this place to anyone

Superb location with stunning views. The apartment is spacious, comfortably housing 4-5 guests. The terrace was top notch and probably something we appreciated the most in the whole apartment.

Check-in requires collecting keys from a separate location. You'll need to Uber to the reception and then again to the apartment. While the apartment includes all essential items, adding a few coffee pods and a bottled water would greatly enhance the experience -- especially welcome after a long journey. The unit has one bathroom, which was sufficient for us, but something to be mindful if you're a larger group.

Location and stunning city views. We had to apply all our physical abilities to climb the last floor with our bags. The elevator in the building would be of a great help, but we understand it's uncommon in historic buildings in the center of Lisbon. But we forgot about everything just when we entered the apartment and saw the stunning views from the windows and the roof.

Few things in addition to pretty high last floor: 1) the need to go to another office for collect the keys and pay city taxes - that could be made easier like in other cases on our 2 weeks trip); 2) we got just one set of keys, and it was quite inconvenient for our 4-people group; 3) it would be great to get one more toilet in the apartment.

Amazing balcony and view! The location is perfect.

The 5th and 6th mattresses are one on the couch and one loose mattress. However, there are no curtains in the main room.

Incredible view and location

4 flights of stairs to get up. Dirty and dusty apartment with clutter like an Airbnb. Uncomfortable beds, broken furniture and doors, stains on bedding. Having to hike 1km up hill to pickup keys. If your happy to just pay for the view then ok but it does feel like you're staying in someone else's place with old toys and clutter stashed in a few places. Also if you have a shower and use the washing machine or kettle the power turns off!
