Location

I would rate this place 2/10. The photos are very misleading — the room was much smaller than it looked online. Although the apartment is in the city centre, the building itself felt extremely old, run down and quite dodgy. The stairwell also smelled very bad. The apartment lacked basic things you would normally expect if you plan to cook, and there wasn’t even a proper table to eat at. We were also left a printed list of strange rules about using less electricity and heating, including €200 fines if rules were not followed, which made the whole stay feel uncomfortable. Nobody properly explained how to switch on the heating during the entire week. The listing also mentioned a washing machine, but it was not inside the apartment and apparently somewhere in a communal area, again without any explanation. Communication was also unprofessional. Instead of keeping everything through Booking.com, most communication happened through WhatsApp and email. We were asked to fill out extra forms, provide a copy of a passport, and also pay the city tax separately. Overall, the place felt much less equipped and welcoming than advertised.

Everything. From the location, to the accommodation, the accessibility, the communication with the property, and the facilities on spot. It was easy and clear to get the instructions to get in, and the place was roomy and efficient.
