Good value. Very informative messaging service. Good facilities for price. Quiet considering location and how many rooms are located next to it.

Bed was unusable. Had to bring a mattress topper to use. Room needs some TLC. Carpet lifting, cobwebs, shower has grime/grout issues.

Location was great

Needed a deep clean, dust all over the apartment, window sills, skirting boards, shelf above the kitchen area was black with dust. The shower head was very dirty, and I had to clean it before I took a shower, heavy mould in the shower cubicle along the grout. Bed had some slight stains to the quilt cover, and the mattress wasn't the best quality, with thon pillows. You have 3 separate codes to get onto the apartment and if you're carrying bags can be quite tricky. The main front door wouldn't open this morning as I left the property and it is the only means of entering or leaving the building. It seemed like the magnetic lock wouldn't release, finally released after about 5 minutes of effort.

A bit basic but you get what you pay for.

Location and property was good but unclear information was given via Booking.com so it was a bit hard finding it. Too many codes to use to access the room. A very old terrace with modern automated unattended access system. I think there is something still missing regarding synchronization. They need more feedback from other users regarding their opinion too. Good cleaning job. I give the staff and management thumb up for excellent cleaning of the rooms and the professional look. Many towels are available. Keep it up mates!

I found it very hard to understand their parking information at first. It is unfortunately not stated clearly on booking.com other than there is a parking. Finally, I found the paid parking (5 Pounds a day) at the heart of the city center hidden somewhere which is actually not bad given the closeness of the property to the city center. Imagine had to drive around the parking lot 5 times to locate just the entrance. Could it be it was because I am too dumb or something is missing?? They should consider making their other parking information more simple to understand with clear GPS direction. At the moment the information appears to be like a novel.
