There was hot water and toilet roll in the toilet

The apartment was dirty. No heating. I called the number provide but the lady said tomorrow, boxing day. However, the number did not go again. The next door guest said the heating has never work since he arrived on Wednesday

IF I COULD RATE IT O i would .This apartment was disgusting mould everywhere.And to turn on heating u have to get on the floor under worktop..kettle inside was rank..I'm asmatic and the mould is really bad..wouldn't let a animal stay here let alone humans. Wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here.not fit for disabled or old ppl. 3 different lock codes from front door to the room door..Someone did knock yesterday and said they be back to do radiator but did didnt ive got photos and videos of the apartment.....my asma been playing up but got inhauler

ITS DISGUSTING NOT fit for disabled or elderly the kettle in kitchen doesn't work and had not been checked since 2023

The location and security

There was mold EVERYWHERE. on the tissue, the blinds, the skirting boards. Also the bed is cheap and thin. We found hairs under the duvet and on the pillow too.
