Clean and quiet environment. They kept their promises. Staff were lively and responsive.

The cleaning team sometimes misses schedule due to work overload.

I ignored the bad reviews online with assumption that issues must have been addressed. Host would not release checking details until security fee is released by my bank. Too many doors and surrounding looks like a townhouse. No microwave, no shower gel, mould and imperfect bathroom refurbish. Bed, mattress too weak for comfort and finally no Internet. I had to check out early before 9am against negotiations for late check out at 14:00. About late check out consideration, host is too money conscious. £10 per hour in a dirty poor accommodation. I will never come back here.

The intreaction with the establishement was fluent and quick. The TV was update with Netflix and others App to watch our own programmes.

Didn't have breakfast, didn't have free parking.

The only good thing about this property is that is so close to the city centre.

Unfortunately this place was dirty, bed is falling apart, pillows are so old they are flat. Bedding had hair and stains on it, insufficient and dirty cutlery, cleaning sponge was old and had food on it and bathroom is full of mould and shower walls are damaged. The whole building smelled awful.

We could not get inas messages dint come through stayed in hotel tried phoning after an hr left as they only phoned back 3 hrs After won’t go there again
