The property was fine but the blinds were really dirty and also the cups wasn’t very clean

The blinds were very dirty and the bed was uncomfortable

The facilities are excellent, its a shame I will no longer be using them if they can not sort out how the damage deposit is taken. It's clean comfortable well situated, staff when you finally get to speak to them are always helpful.

Since the system was changed a year ago, I have had nothing but issues with gaining access to the property. They advise me on the day that they were unable to get the damage deposit of £75 from my bank account. I then have to try to co tactical someone to sort out, which is proving more difficult each time. The tel no: held no longer works. Nearly 3 hours it took to sort out in December, and this time I now how to go via AI agent, this is the very last strawI was just going round in circles, AI agent tells ypu to ringvthe property, and can not understand that the tel.no does not work, and they are unable to put you through to any human. I was eventually sent a link to fill out the form to deduct the deposit after waiting for them to respond to my email. Once that was completed they were able to deduct the funds with no problem, and send the access codes. Sadly I will no longer be using these wonderful facilities as I can do without the hassle amd the stress this causes. So unless they do away with the damage deposit, or make it simpler to contact someone, and get rid of AI, this was my last stay at properties requiring a damage deposit via booking.com

The room is very clean and comfortable. The location is very good.

The initial response from the host to enter into the building is not well. The room has to lock, it's not safe if we come with partners or with family.
