Everything but the level of security stood out for me.

No trolley 🛒 or someone to assist with luggage, I don't know how many times I went in and out of that lift carrying so much luggage 🥹😂 but we're good 😊

"Not pleasant."

Location

Dirty shower. No toilet paper. Lack of communication. Contract unaccessible & delayed responses. Sheets and towels were not changed. Mix up with allocated parking. System kicking us out and leaving us stranded with no access to the building in the middle of the night when we were booked for a whole week. No sugar or coffee refill throughout the week. Overall we were disappointed and will not be coming back.

"It was a good stay i loved it."

"Shocking!!!"

Nothing, it was shocking. We checked out after the first. They advised that they would credit and refund the two nights that we did not stay there. We had to find another hotel.

Shocking condition. Mold and water damage throughout the apartment, especially the bedroom and bathroom. AIRCON did not work. WiFi did not work.
