Morden finishes, great views and great location. Staff member Xolani was very helpful, kind, respectful and polite.

There’s too much run around when needing assistance. Reception is hard to reach over the phone, you have to use your personal cell phone. The welcome note and the parking pass showed different parking bays making it difficult to find.

Concierge was very communicative. Check-in was super easy. The loft was absolutely stunning, it smelt amazing and it was furnished beautifully. We would definitely recommend this unit!

Modern look and automated blinds.

The bath room had the retractor permanently on. It could not go off. There were no refills on toilet paper or bathroom stuff. The staff did not tell us to move the vehicle when we checked it we paid over 75 for parking on the other floor. There were no rugs in the room at all. It was ice floors. Other than that it was okay. It’s good for relaxing. Not much to do there. Loft was small. Well it’s expected As it’s a loft. Just not use to it. The staff did not add my husbands photo on properly. So he got stuck outside for 30mins on the p4 floor out by the lift. It was not detecting him. It actually gave some other residents face. The receptionist on the other side was unwelcoming not the arch the other desk when you enter the building. Not friends not helpful.
