Great location. The place is a loft so not very spacious but well equipped and decorated. Close to restaurants and generally good facilities.

The check in was a bit long. They mentioned a R1000 breakage fee the day before I arrived, this should be included at booking, at checkout I was told it would take 7 days to get back? Why so long. Also didn’t like the mismatched random towels.

"Well kept place but not for elderly as the staircase is tricky."

Great location, safe and modern. Admin guy was amazing.

Poor ventilation and virtually no hot water. Hot water lasts all of a minute and a half in the shower and second person gets no hot water. Cleaning staff do not show up and have to be constantly chased down to get assistance.

The guy at reception, waited for me. Normally they knock of around 8, we arrived at 10 and he was still there.

The first house we got 407 did not meet the value of money we paid.it had old furniture,bad bedding and extra blankets, tv not working,no bathroom bin. Nothing close to what was advertised .
