FLH Alfama Bright Apartment

Die Lage ist gut und die Größe der Wohnung ist für zwei Personen gut ausreichend.

Für mich sah so aus, als wäre die Klimaanlage voll mit Schimmel.

Moc hezké ubytování v historickém centru Lisabonu. Vše čisté, pohodlné. Hned vedle skvělá restaurace.

Jediná nevýhoda je ruch na ulici, kde se flámuje do ranních hodin. Ale pro někoho to může být naopak výhodou.

Wir sind Radreisende und benötigen dringend eine Unterkunft mit Waschmaschine. Das war auch das Einzigste, das uns die Unterkunft zu bieten hatte.

Sehr Unfreundliche Gastgeberin. Trotz starker Hitze durften wir die Wohnung erst zur angegebenen Check in Zeit beziehen. Es hangen noch die dreckigen Handtücher der Gäste zuvor. (Obwohl wir es gemeldet haben, kam Sie niemand abholen). Das Badezimmer liegt zwischen Küche und Schlafzimmer und die Lüftung funktioniert nicht, was zu unangenehmen Gerüchen führt. Die Oberschränke der Küche sind auf gleicher Front wie die unten, was die Bedienung der Küche sehr unangenehm macht. Von 15 Unterkünften, war es die Einzigste, die kein Willkommensgruß, eine Kaffeekapsel oder sonstige Annehmlichkeiten für ein herzliches Willkommen offeriert hat. Unser Gefühl sagt uns, hier versucht jemand leichtes Geld zu verdienen.

Great location with a brilliant restaurant “O Tasco Di Vigario” outside the front door and another very good bar with live Fado music just down the street. Perfect place to enjoy Lisbon.

Can be a little noisy late at night but that’s expected with so many local hospitality venues so. Lose by.

Unfortunately it’s was not quite clean spending the toilet and the sheets of our bedroom

The neighborhood in which the apartment is located is wonderful, close to everything. The apartment is renovated and clean.

After check in we were informed that we had to throw away our trash, which although reasonable, was a bit rude for the price of the apartment. Communication is impersonal. There is a closet in the apartment but it is not available for guests.

Living room with no windows

The absolute biggest strength of this property is the location. Right in Alfama, in the old streets, plenty of shops, bakeries, restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed morning/evening walks in the area, and it was also pretty easy to get to more touristy stuff downtown. We could even see the sea (just barely, but still!) out one of the windows.

The biggest negative was the AC units - we didn't use them at all during our stay, as my wife noticed they were dirty inside, with what looked like mold. Secondly, the windows from the living room only had transparent curtains, so during the evening with lights on it felt like the whole street could see in the apartment. Lastly, it's a big flaw of the kitchen that the bottom cupboards and top cupboards are the same depth - so when you want to stand and wash dishes, you have to stoop under the top cupboards. I'm about average height and it was uncomfortable - I can imagine someone that's 190cm would be really uncomfortable.

Cozy apartment in alfama, equipped with everything you may need. Very nice location, but consider you will have quite a steep walk to reach it, maybe not ideal in case you have mobility problems or heavy luggage.

I wasnt sure about which door was the apartment but the person helping me with the checkin didn't know either. But was easy to find anyway.
