FLH Alfama Bright Apartment

The apartment was clean, comfortable, good location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and well equipped.

There was no place to dry your clothes and no real casual seating other than the kitchen table.

Great location. Well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, induction stove. Ironing facilities, A/C.

No kettle for tea-making. No any wardrobe or spare shelf to put our clothes in, only 3 hangers were given. No washing detergent given, and only one tablet for the dishwasher. Quite noisy neighbourhood.

Clean, good location

The flat is clean but grim. Bed not so comfortable and the bedroom windows are above a bar. The location is great but the stay isn't very pleasant.also notice there is no electric kettle and no coffee or tea. It's owned by a company and obviously they don't make any effort. They even save on toilet paper, providing The cheapest kind. Internet connection is so-so

We absolutely loved this apartment. Easy enough to collect the keys. The apartment is nestled on a nice little street in heart of Alfama. Busy enough to feel fun but nowhere near as hectic as other parts of the city. The place was very spacious. I could have lived here full time!

My only gripe was that the kitchen cupboards came out the same amount as the worktop meaning you couldn't lean over what you were cooking etc. I hit my head numerous times :D Not the end of the world though considering everything else was so great.

You need to pick up the keys in a different place far away from the apartment; the ladies at the front desk are rude. It’s not easy to get to the apartment, and taxis can’t enter the street. But that’s the price of staying in a neighborhood like Alfama, which also has its charm.
