Bastante centrico

Estancia en verano y no habia aire acondicionado, utensilios para limpiar la cocina, el agua caliente de las duchas tenias que esperar 5 min a que saliera caliente, el parking tiene un acceso y tamaño horribles (si el coche es un suv cuidado con el ancho es muy justo), eramos un grupo de 5 personas y habia solo un pequeño ventilador para 2 habitaciones y el salon.

The apartment was built with high-quality materials and was very clean and comfortable

Upon arrival, it was quite inconvenient to have to pick up the keys at a location that was not walkable from the apartment. The kitchen was not stocked very well (including salt, pepper, paper towels, etc. ). The whole time we were there, there was a sewer odor that ranged from mild to very significant. For many of the things that we wanted to see, the location was about a mile away. It took us several days to locate good restaurants in the area

The apartment is nice in general like in the pictures, the decoration is also nice, when we arrived someone gave us the keys on time but before we were asked to go somewhere else which i thought was nonsense I'm happy it didn't happen.

Well.. the apartment is missing basic stuff like soap for washing, condiments, soap for washing dishes, things for cleaning too. My experience with other apartments is that at least they give some minimum for the staying. Many comments are mentioning this, so this can be improved.

The apartment was big, adequately furnished. The location is good for quick access to the airport. Grocery right across the street.

We arrived to checkin at 4 pm but we couldn’t actually access the apartment until 6 pm. We were told the apartment needed to be cleaned and the claim was that traffic in the area made it difficult for the cleaner to get to the apartment. We had communicated earlier of our arrival time. We had to wait at a restaurant. I also had to ask if the apartment was ready. They couldn’t even give us an estimate on how long we would have to wait. Items were broken in the apartment that should be replaced instead of just left in the apartment for the next guest to find. Previous reviews of the inadequacies of the rental are accurate.

The two bathrooms were great. And it was great that a fan was provided because there is no air conditioning.

The parking was hazardous. Nice that it was secure, but the small car I rented BARELY fit. I have been driving for 47 hrs and could not have gotten in or out of the garage with out damaging the rental. It is small, slopes down/up hill mid curves with close walls and pillars to manipulate around. Thank goodness my nephew was able to drive for me.
