quite good location, big apartment

Terrible pans, it was not possible to use it for cooking, we bought a new one. Dirty some dishes, hair found in dishes. Very small parking space, only for mini car.

The apartment is spacious.

There is no air-conditioning. The administration could be more efficient.

We had to go to another place to get the keys which was quite far away from the actual hotel. We were already very tired and the location + floor, room number etc wasn't mentioned anywhere in the booking so we had to call them 2-3 times to get additional information.

BE WARNED! Managed by rental/ short lease property marketing and management company with poor communication skills e.g. charging for items that hadn't been confirmed contrary to their own and bookings policy only informing on arrival to collect keys to apartment that they were available and required payment. Manually removed €60 from account after returning the security deposit earlier in the day without discussion or communication. After contacting via email and phone with no response. After eventually answering phone the agent informed that had damaged cot that was set up by managing agents and therefore money was taken. Eventually escalated to booking and only then money was returned.

- The apartment itself was gorgeous. It had all the necessary amenities, such as a fully functioning kitchen, smart TV, comfortable beds, etc. - The location was quite good, being a 15 minute walk from Rossio - Conveniently across from a supermarket

- The check-in process was a bit odd. You had to collect keys from a different address (10 min car journey) and sit in a room while they checked you in. The staff were very friendly, but it did feel a bit like a job interview.

Very spacious, clean apartment and close to the metro station and a supermarket. All necessary amenities were available and the was truly helpful and supportive.

Unfortunately, the neighborhood is really noisy due to the restaurant on the corner and the motorbike garage right across the street.

So I didn’t like that I had to go to a different location for the keys, no Air conditioner. It was hard to find the office to pick up keys the girl that met me was incredibly rude I understand I was late but I had no gps as my phone died I asked if she would meet us at the condo as I didn’t know nor was I informed that I had to go to a separate location for the keys, too she said no, and she wouldn’t draw a map or print one for me to get back to the condo ! I really didn’t think the apartment was that clean. All in all not a good experience at all
