L'emplacement est idéal : bus et tramway au pied du logement ! Le logement est spacieux.

Les nuisances causées par les nombreux avions sont importantes (mais c'est malheureusement le cas dans de nombreux endroits de Lisbonne !). L'espace salle de bain et WC est séparé de la pièce à vivre par une cloison entièrement vitrée, donc aucune intimité ! Il serait bien de le préciser dans l'annonce. Equipement en vaisselle très sommaire.

La luminosité La grande du loft La situation de l'immeuble avec une station de tram et bus au pied de l'immeuble.

Les joints de faïence de la douche n'étaient pas nets alors que le noir s'enlève facilement. Le grille pain se coupe toutes les 30 secondes, résultat il faut rester auprès afin de le réenclencher. La poignée intérieure de la porte d'entrée ne tient pas. Les charnières des portes des meubles de cuisine ont besoin d'être réglées ou d'être remplacées. Les portes frottent sur le sol. La prise de courant la plus du lavabo ne fonctionne pas.
