Nicely decorated

Broken patio door. Maintenance man told us they were aware of it before we arrived. He was surprised we weren’t informed. Spent our stay with the door open. Also, one of the bathroom shower flooded the bathroom. You can tell it’s not first time it happened. Evidence of water damage. The keyless door entry is also terrible. Door kept unlocking by itself. Not a good cleaning job. Oven dirty, towels and curtains are disgusting, hair in the bedding.

Apartment was modern & clean

We had to wait an hour and a half past check in time.

Ficámos uma hora à espera para entrar no prédio. O email a pedir os cartões de identificação tinha ido para spam e como não demos atempadamente os dados não nos deixaram entrar. Por acaso tínhamos no grupo uma pessoa que falava inglês se não a situação tinha sido agravada. A pessoa responsável por nos ajudar só falava inglês e francês. Para grupos de 6 pessoas, sendo que 2 dormem no sofá, podiam tentar escurecer mais o espaço colocando um black out na porta da cozinha. Numa das casas de banho, a porta do duche não veda bem e a casa de banho ficou cheia de água.

Binnenkomen ging aanvankelijk niet erg soepel. Dat was vervelend bij late aankomst met kinderen en er waren geen contactgegevens.

The shower water pressure and function was not great.

Water leaking out of the shower in the main bathroom which made it flood Hair in the shower HomeIt app sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable

Big rooms, and nice athmosphere

One of the main reasons we chose this accommodation was the advertised heated pool. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the pool was not heated, despite being assured by the property manager that it was. We followed up to ask whether we could adjust the temperature settings ourselves, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response. In addition to this issue, we encountered other problems with the accommodation. The shower door in one of the bathrooms did not close properly, making it difficult to use, and several drinking glasses were broken upon our arrival.

Very nice apartment

Communication before check in was very chaotic, be prepared for a lot of very long messages. We also couldn't use the pool as there was a rat that fell in it the same day
