Casa Boma Lisboa - Unique Apartment with Swimming Pool - Marvila I

The property was very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed.

It took a very long time for the water to become hot. It wasted a lot of water.

Clean and all brand new facilities terrace was lovely and well equipped.

Location is currently quite remote and lot of building work in the area. Although a bus outside takes you to Lisbon in around 20 mins Uber is also very in expensive and readily available. Lock system is overly complicated using an app which some would struggle with but when contacted staff they were helpful but only remotely as no one onsite. Mattresses very uncomfortable considering cost of property toppers would be a good addition.

We had a wonderful long weekend in Lisbon. The apartment is very nice, clean and in a great location.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

It was located a little north of center city so we had to Uber to most places but we didn’t mind being away from the nightlife as it was very peaceful and there were a few new restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance for coffee breakfast and lunch on the river coast. Playgrounds bike trails and a train station stop all within 5-10 minutes. The area has a lot of new construction so there is still some older warehouse buildings in the area. Our unit was beautiful very new and clean! Plenty of space for 4 people! Very pleased!

very modern. well laid out. I loved the location with the waterfront near by.

Didn’t like the door locking system took multiple attempts sometimes to gain entry to the flat everyday.

Needs to be cleaned better. Lots of hair around the property. Shower in ensuite is broken and is stuck on hot, subsequently my daughter burnt herself. Although entering the property using the weblink was clear and easy to use, what wasn’t made clear was the need to pull the front door before pushing open, i could hear the door unlocking but was unable to open it!! After 15 minutes I had to make an out of hours call to get assistance.
