Beautiful Downtown Apartment

La situació és perfecta i hem trobat totes les atencions i facilitats possibles.

És una zona de festa i està molt ben insonoritzat, però tot i així se sentia una mica de soroll a l'edifici

The location is perfect for exploring Lisbon, right in the centre of Bairro Alto, close (within walking distance) to the main attractions and transport links to Sintra and Cascais. The apartment itself is clean and well equipped with everything you might need for your stay (even including iron and ironing board!) although space/furniture for keeping clothes in is limited. Access to the property is by using codes so no need to carry keys around. The main bed and the sofa bed are comfortable. There is a bar right outside the apartment and it is open quite late. We visited in October and did not think it was too busy or oud but it might be different in warmer months. The double window system does a good job reducing the noise but it can be heard faintly. I our case this did not cause any issues. We all had good sleep every night, including my son who was in the room facing the bar. Overall had a great stay at this apartment.

L' appartement est très propre, facilement accessible avec les codes (pas besoin de clés) assez bien équipé pour un court séjour et literie confortable. L emplacement est central ,top en journée, a côté d une supérette, non loin d une station de métro et des visites à faire, nombreux restos et bar autour

Il est noté que l appartement se trouve dans une rue très festive le soir et c est le cas, je le savais en réservant que potentiellement cela pourrait être bruyant en choisissant en centre me direz vous ...Côté chambre le son est fortement atténué si vous partez à 2, la nuit est douce malgré la fiesta dehors. En revanche si vous partez a 4 le son ne passe pas forcément par les fenêtres qui sont très bien Isolées mais par la porte. Le son des basses de musique pas ne m a pas dérangé mais les gens qui font la fête ou parlent très fort on entend clairement parla porte. Avec des enfants qui ont le sommeil lourd ça peut être une option !

Die Lage war fantastisch. Das Bad ist sehr klein. Alles sauber und sehr freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation.

Modern, clean, two walking blocks to downtown.

Description of property did not indicate 12 steep steps to get to first floor. Small apartment, had washer but you had to hang your clothes to dry. Tiny bathroom. No paper towels, no Kleenex.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartment (Kaffemaschine, Waschmaschine...) wie auf den Bildern. Check in und Kommunikation waren super unkompliziert. Wir würden wieder kommen
