Near center, as described, the windows are really good at stopping the noise- happy with it- cimfortable beds

Shower and toilets tiny - ok for me- not for overweight persons- towels must be changed as smell when wet . max 4 peoples indeed and very preferable 3 fr same family as shower and toilet part of one bedroom- I was clear to me at booking time

Fantastic apartment. Location superb. Right in the centre of busy bars and restaurants. Had the best night's sleep. No noise heard at all. Would definitely recommend. Location perfect

The property is super centrally located. Do your research on the location because it is a party street. Given that, the apartment is it quite sound proof so the party down stairs does not bother. It’s a small apartment but well equipped, clean and I would say the best option for the money you pay. It’s on the first floor, but you to have to go throw some narrow stairs, so big luggage might be a bit tricky. The host was quite nice and the locations seems safe. For us, a married couple, it was the best option, and would definetly go the again.

Did not like the toilet and shower in the bed room. Was in a very noisy street at night, even with all windows and doors closed you could still hear the boom boom of all the music, still going ay 2.30am

I had a fantastic stay at this place. Luis the host was wonderful, very welcoming and attentive. The place was well-equipped with everything I needed, just like home. The kitchen had all the essential appliances, including a coffee machine, which was a great bonus for my mornings. There were also tea and coffee provided, making the stay even more comfortable. The location is unbeatable, right in the city center, with restaurants and a grocery store just a minute away. We arrived on a Saturday night, and while the street was lively with people partying late, the shutters did an excellent job keeping the noise out, so I had a peaceful night’s sleep. Overall, a perfect stay, and I would definitely return!

The living area were spacious

The noise level is unreasonable - this needed to have been mentioned in the property ad. There is a disco/nightclub literally next door, with many bars next and in front of the property. The noise level at night was a nightmare, we could not sleep; the noise continued til 2-3am every night. It was also seedy and unsafe, with lots of men and drunk people in front of the building, outside the many bars. The electricity and internet were unstable - kept shutting off every day or so. The bedroom itself was quite basic, with very small toilet/bathroom - and no privacy. The access to the building was difficult with tiny and steep stairs and sometimes no light (full darkness) as the electricity was not on all the time. There is no cleaning service offered, we were there for almost a week.

What an amazing and clean apartment, very easy to walk to the centre of town. The area is quite hilly, so be prepared. A lot of night life in the street, but the insulated doors kept the noise out. Everything you needed in the apartment. Communication with host was excellent.
