Beautiful Downtown Apartment

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. L’appartement était très bien, propre, fonctionnel, bien équipé et refait à neuf. L’accès a été facile grâce à des codes. Pas besoin de clefs. Il y a quelques marches à monter un peu raides, comme souvent au Portugal. Situé près du metro Baixa Chiado, nous avons pu circuler facilement dans Lisbonne. Une superette se trouve à 10 m.

Quand nous avons réservé, nous savions que cet endroit pouvait être animé le soir. De jour c’est très calme et on ne soupçonne pas la présence des bars extérieurement. De la chambre donnant sur l’arrière, on entend peu les bruits de la rue. Par contre si vous dormez côté rue et en dépit de l’installation d’un sas entre deux fenêtres pour atténuer les nuisances sonores, on entend les gens qui hurlent et chantent jusqu'à 3 h 00 du matin. Sans compter un voisin du dessus très bruyant. Mais le confort de l’appartement compense ces désagréments et si vous n’avez pas à dormir côté rue, c’est un bon endroit pour quelques jours à Lisbonne.

L’insonorizzazione

L’impossibilità di aprire le finestre. Di notte per il rumore le finestre sulla strada mentre la finestra nella stanza da letto affaccia su un tetto pieno di immondizia e da cui entra odore di plastica bruciata e quindi si è costretti a stare con l’aria condizionata che nella sala da pranzo odora di muffa. Il materasso del letto matrimoniale non aveva il coprimaterasso e aveva lenzuola corte, una volta spostate le lenzuola e le federe dai cuscini abbiamo trovato macchie di sporcizia ovunque e gli asciugamani non hanno un buono odore. Al mattino mia moglie si è svegliata con delle punture di insetto sulla pancia. Hanno risolto il problema girando il materasso (e mettendo un coprimaterasso e per questo motivo abbiamo chiesto un rimborso che non ci è stato dato). Il water si trova nella stanza all’interno di un box doccia chiuso da una corda. Non è adatto a famiglie

Que le lieux est proche à tout les endroits touristiques.

Mais y'avait pas accès avec la voiture. Il fallait qu'on gare la voiture dans un parking privé.

O apartamento é completo. Esta em um bairro bem movimentado, para quem gosta de vida noturna é ótimo. O problema é o banheiro, além de muito pequeno, fica dentro do quarto. Se você está com outra pessoa, com quem nao tem muita intimidade é bem ruim.

O banheiro fica dentro do quarto, sem porta, o box é com porta de vidro transparente, a pia totalmente aberta e a parte do vaso sanitário só uma porta de vidro, onde você vê a pessoa sentada. Isso me incomodou muito

For first-time visitors to Lisbon, Barrio Alto district offers a strategic position from which to explore this fascinating city, and this apartment, tucked into one of its narrow streets, offers a perfect position from which to start. Cleverly refurbished, the interior design layout offers plenty of space, with every amenity you need for a very comfortable, self-contained stay. With restaurants dotted amongst the nightclubs spread along the street, it was fun walking home after an evening out amongst the colour, the music and friendly banter from the attractive young spruikers… and can report that the soundproofing ensures you have to strain to hear any revelry outside. The neighbours in the building are all very friendly – we were there for the ‘celebrated’ power failure, and although we could not access the unit, and thought we may have to sleep on the stairs, a kind Nepalese family upstairs offered us their couch for the night – happily the power was restored, but we had a lovely chat. With a grocery store within 50m, the streets cleaned every morning, and an easy walk in either direction to meet tour guides and access the sights of the city from the elevated position of this district, it is a perfect location for an introduction to Portuguese culture!

Posizione centralissima sulle vie della movida notturna, nonostante questo l'appartamento è perfettamente insonorizzato. È presente tutto per un viaggio in famiglia, lavatrice, ferro da stiro, stendino, TV, internet.

Migliorare la pulizia, purtroppo quando siamo arrivati le lenzuola ed il copriletto erano già macchiati.
