Proximité du port, de la place du commerce et des piétoniers. Accès au transport en commun facile.

Pas de condiments (sel, poivre, huile,...). J'ai dû tout acheter. Salle de douche avec une flaque au sol dû à la condensation de la fenêtre. Quelques prises non fonctionnelles dont celle dans la salle de douche. Machine à laver hors service. Prévenir? Je l'ai fait pour la flaque. Réponse: " Merci de nous avoir prevenu" Et?

Прекрасное расположение. 7 минут пешком до дворцовой площади. Старый город прекрасен. Немного шумно было вечером, так как рядом кафе, где пели фаду, но нам это не мешало.

Телевизор был в шкафу и не работал, но нам он не был нужен. А вот стиральная машинка была очень нужно, но она не работала.

Logement très humide pas bon pour les personnes qui ont déjà des problèmes de santé ( peinture des murs cloque) déjà repeints plusieurs fois, mal isolé au niveau des fenêtres . Odeur nauséabonde venant de la salle de bain (obligé de laisser la fenêtre ouverte la nuit sinon impossible de dormir gêné par l'odeur) odeur + bruit de la rue pas reposant .Logement situé au 2e étage escalier très étroit il faut prévenir les clients (valises) . La première photo est une blatte trouvé dans le couloir. L'habitude de réserver sur votre plate forme jamais déçue jusqu'à maintenant.

The location was fantastic. Alfama is such a cool neighborhood and this apt is a great value for the location. The bed was quite comfortable as well. I had several issues with the apt, but they were responsive and addressed them quickly.

Everything worked about 50%. I had to get them to come and clean the oven that filled the apt with smoke due to previous use. I had them come and unclog the drain in the shower so I could use it without it flooding the bathroom. There was also nowhere to sit, but plenty of space for a little couch if they chose to provide one. The TV remotes were out of battery. The kitchen chairs were way too short or the kitchen table was way too high, either way I was eating at chest level. The lighting was also terrible.

This place is super sufficient for a short stay and it has all the equipment you could need for a longer stay too (except for the apparently not working washing machine), but because of the noise outside I feel like just a few days here is enough. It is clean, bed is comfortable and location is perfect, self check-in & check-out makes everything very easy. Alfama is my favorite part of Lisbon, full of nice little coffee shops, small bars and restaurants (definitely try The Coffee, Volta Coffee or Tasca do Sr. Matos!)

Even though it is very well equipped, spacious and nice little studio, I don't think I would be able to handle the very vibrant street with a noisy restaurant right under the windows, but that is the price you pay for being right in the middle of city centre within walking distance to everything worth seeing in Lisbon :)
