FLH Studio Alfama

Location was perfect for Lisbon.

Location was fantastic. beautiful restaurant opposite and right in central alfama (although be aware a taxi won't get get through to drop you off!)

- we were so close to the opposite building so net curtains would've been great for a bit of natural light with keeping privacy - the bathroom really smelt the room out, but this might be a common problem in the area - the washing machine was out of order - something in the bathroom (maybe fridge) leaked all over the floor one night - such such steep stairs on the climb to the room so not suitable if you're not particularly able-bodied - could do with better amenities. we got two small sachets of body wash, small washing up liquid and a jay-cloth and three toilet rolls. no shampoo/conditioner or salt/pepper/cooking oil which meant just cooking anything would've been difficult. we arrived late and shampoo would've been a nice touch - plus a drying up dish cloth would've been good! - shower head never worked, so we always had to wash using the hand-held shower apartment was still visually clean, facilities such as fans and heaters are included and location was super

The property’s bathroom was really dirty with black mould on the tiles and wallsz it didn’t seem like the bathroom was cleaned

The washing machine was not working and the bed was too small and uncomfortable

The position with restaurants and fado singing all around. Close to train station and major attractions.

The bed slats kept falling down. The narrow staircase was difficult to carry luggage up (for a senior). It was low cost apartment and met that expectation.

Location was nice, close to a bus Station and lots of restaurants nearby

The Apartment was very humid with no ventilation. There was black mold in the bathroom in every corner. The Apartment was cleaned ok but with the mold it still felt dirty. We woke up in the morning and the Windows were completely wet, also in the main room. Also you can hear all the noise from downstairs guests and outside.

location was excellent - right in the middle of the narrow streets of the Alfama district. reasonably close to the metro and for buses perfect little holiday nest for 2 people

instructions to open teh front door were a little unclear. not sure if there was a fire escape.
