Staff was helpful and location was ok and place clean

I dont understand why place dont check after quest have gone. Iron and ironing board have being burn. Hair dryer dont work. But staff bring new dryer and iron. I still dont understand that why quest should look missing and broken things and inform to staff?

After arriving outside the flat, we had to wait more than 30’ minutes to receive the entry codes. It was really uncomfortable and caused us insecure as it was late am we were really tired from our flight

Conveniently located.

The property is outdated. Old furniture; broken curtains (holes in them, making the place depressing); and the smell of urine in the living room (possibly from the couch) is unbearable to the point of making us spend 1 of the nights at a friend’s house instead of at this place we paid for.

Bathtub was blocked/slow draining, also resulting in a bad smell in the bathroom. I had reported it to the team through WhatsApp. It was late evening and I appreciated that they were quick to reply. They said someone would be in the next day to have this problem fixed. We came back the following evening, only to find nothing had changed! Just imagine showering and standing in dirty and drain water almost up to your ankles! You’d have to constantly turn off the water, just to allow some of it to drain. The attached photo was taken about 5-10mins after a shower and you can still see there’s water in the bathtub. Not pleasant at all. So I messaged them again, and apparently someone did actually turn up to fix the problem - very sus, and perhaps dishonest.
