It was clean and near the principal attractions. It is perfect for two people, not more. They give you bathroom towels and soap. Kitchen very functional.

LOCATION WAS GOOD

Bedding for living room bed was too small did not fit the bed. shower head holder was missing, bath tub drain is very slow would back up. blow dryer fan was very very loud needs replacing, frying pan handle was broken.

The apartment is at a reasonable walking distance from the main tourist attractions (e.g. 20 min walk to Praça do Comerçio), metro and train station. It's perfect if you like to be close enough to the action without having to face the flow of tourists. There are a good number of restaurants and bars next door.

It's a minor thing but oil, salt and pepper were not provided. We booked this place because there is a kitchen with appliances and cooking wares, but the staff expects you to bring your own basic condiments. We were only going to cook 2-3 times during our stay, which is not enough to justify going to the grocery store. And the thing is that we were staying in a similar guest house in Porto, and oil, salt and pepper were provided there.

the bathroom was clean but had a horrible odor, sewer gas leak??? no window and exhaust fan not working, i had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times and opened all windows in the apartment to mitigate the problem.

The position was very central, near all the main neighborhoods but out of the mess. The house was pretty large and comfortable.

As in all Lisbon as to arrive at the location, the climb was a bit hard to do with the luggage. The bathroom was not very clean (a bit of mold in the shower) and the phon was not working properly. Also the bed was not very comfortable, I just suggest to change the mattress.

Great location and spacious flat.

We had to pick up the keys from a reception but the problem is that it's about 10 minutes away from the property. After waking up early and having 3 hours flight I was not in the mood to be dragging my bag across Lisbon to an unknown location and up a hill to get to the property!! Either have someone meet us at the location or offer free transport to the flat. The property had an old rusty fan that made a terrible noise, even though I raised it the next day the couldn't be bothered to replace it immediately so we had another night of bad sleep. 2 nights of bad sleep out of the 3 is pathetic. Thirdly, they charge to keep the luggages after you check out! 6 euros for the first hour and then 1 euro for any hour after that. I have travelled quite a bit mostly in Europe and first time I come across something like this. Considering the overall service they provide this is also pathetic. After paying more than 100 euros per night I feel absolutely ripped off.

Close to centre, however be aware a short distance on map is not so close if you have to climb 100 meters. Very close to Metro Avenida. Close to ALDI Tivoli. Good spot to walk to almost all Lisboa sightseeings and to both train stations for Sintra and Cascais.

Bad smell from the bath sewage. Probably is missing the top vent of the drain column, it happens often to be removed when the roof is repaired. We kept the windows open day and night, as outside were 25 degrees, but the smell should be very bad when is too cold or too warm and cannot stay with windows open. I would give to this property a fair mark of 8 for this issue, however it seems the owner really do not care to solve this problem. Then I will give a mark of 6 to raise a question, if paying a plumber for few hours do not worth to have a property with better reviews. I know, this apartment is fully booked, so maybe they don't care. It is a pity for such a good apartment to be downrated because missing a small repairment.

Perfect location. Kitchen with all the necessities. Good value for money.

There was some mould under the windows and in the bathroom. The furniture is a bit outdated and the apartment could use some wholesome renovation.
