Like other reviewers have noted, great location! That's the primary reason we rented this unit.

Check-in is exceptionally cumbersome. It took 3 phone calls to get checked-in. It's odd that a large rental business can't just automatically send lockbox info the day of check-in. Other cons: no AC and no cooking amenities. They provide a full kitchen but if they were to live up to their name and actually be "Cozy", a few basics like salt & pepper, cooking oil, coffee, etc. would be nice. I mean seriously, if someone rents a place with a kitchen, they'll might likely be planning on using the kitchen. No traveler would expect to buy full containers of basic items like salt & pepper just for a few meals. AirBnB listings do. It seemed excessively stingy.

The apartment was quite large, kitchen had everything needed.

We were robbed while staying in the apartment and the staff were less than helpful in a very stressful situation.

Great location in a quiet street and close to everything. Flat is clean, spacious and has good amenities.

The only downside was the check-in procedure which requires going to a separate agency to pick up the keys. They also want you to fill out a form ahead of time which just seems an unnecessary hassle. Other than that no problems at all.

The location is really good. It has good value for the price range. The staff was helpful when doing the check-in as our group was arriving separately.

The bathtub was clogged so the water took a long time to drain while showering. The sofabed wasn’t really comfortable.
