the mold in the apartment..

Amazing location in the city centre with access to the train station, busses, shops, restaurants.. Really nice apartment, bright, many amenities in it and good value for money.

Could use some work in the maintenance department. Especially disturbing was the mold under the kitchen window and really damp and also mouldy bathroom, without very much needed ventilation. Some of the furniture was a bit outdated and not really clean (the pull-out sofa).

A little bit of mold on the bathroom wall. But nothing to worry about. We had a great stay.

the place itself is really nice. it’s a small one bed apartment but it’s perfect for 2 people with a decent sized kitchen & bedroom. the apartment can get cold during the winter but the heaters provided are more than enough to heat the place but it can get cold during the night so an extra blanket or two might be be useful in the bedroom. the location is good although on a hill but it’s Lisbon it can’t be helped. you can either go down the hill to Avenida or up the stairs to principe real & you’re in the main city in minutes. walking distance to everything & easily accessible by taxi or car.

having to pick up the keys at a different location is a little bit of a hassle but it’s literally a 5 minute walk from the apartment on avenida liberdade although you need to go before 11pm or the location changes to further away.

I loved the location, quite convenient and a great spot for exploration. Picking up the keys and checking in by ourselves was quite easy too, even though the reception is basically 10 mins walk from the apartment so we had to walk uphill with our luggage - but yes, that's Lisbon. Wifi was ok, the apartment was clean and the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. The house was fully equipped, and we particularly enjoyed the welcome mail we received after we had checked in, where you could find videos and tutorials about everything in the house -- eg, how to open the sofa bed, how to use the appliances, wifi code, where are the linens etc.

The apartment was quite humid; you could see it on the walls, and the bathroom ventilation didn't work, which made it even worse. Our towels wouldn't dry and it was impossible to hang them outside as we visited during Lisbon's floods. Summer should be ok, but in winter at some point, we felt humidity in the bones, especially while waking up.

The people from the reception desk were nice and helpfull. We contact them due problems in the shower and they fixed it quickly. The apartment is well located.

The apartment is so humid and there are mold in the ceiling, walls and bathroom. The bathroom pipelines are smelling.

Location was good

There was a really bad smell coming from the bathroom drains. Really unbearable
