The apartment is quite big, being 4 people we felt very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and there is a big kitchen. The location was also great, we could reach the main attractions walking or with a taxi. The owner was friendly and communicative.

The ceiling of the bathroom had some moles in it which created a smell, but if you keep the bathroom window open the smell went away.

Alex was very friendly and responsive to all our needs and requests prior to and during our stay. Comfortable beds and space. 4th floor, but we enjoyed the walk up the stairs for exercise (elevator is available). Busy residential area was vibrant and away from the main tourist areas. We enjoyed exploring the area and greater Lisbon.

Apartment was great, very big, plenty of space. In a good location. Alex was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Location, size of rooms, beds, friendly owner.

Apartment is in good location, 10 mins walk from metro station, around 20 mins walk from Rossio square. There are two supermarkets in area of 100m walk - so you can easily buy something for the breakfast. Apartment has 3 separate bedrooms (5-6 persons can sleep there with full comfort), is very spacious, it has bathroom with WC and additional small WC in the kitchen (useful for large families). Customer service - excellent - Alex was responsive and helpful, was waiting for us with the keys and provided full information. Overall it was very good experience, not excellent but very good and surely worth its price.

What was missing -> you need to mind the fact, it is flat in the older building, on the 4th floor, with elevator capable of handling two people max (so in case you have kid's trolley - rather not recommended). Cleanliness was OK, however due to age - one could feel it was renovated couple of years ago. The towels we were given, we have preffered to rewash them again, as they seemed to be not well washed (or not properly dried). Photos are a bit misleading - where taken, assume, couple of years ago, when there was no air-conditioning installed (right now climate condensers are installed outside on small balconies).
